Built an Excel tool that automated scoring of vendor proposals, replacing the manual grading process.
Worked with the VP of Service Management and an outside vendor on an employee portal update, gathering requirements from Parkland leadership and seeing them through to implementation.
Created the IT store’s product listings and took inventory of non-consumable items in ServiceNow so consumables could be tied to tickets and tracked.
Covered desktop support during staffing shortages, handling about 5 tickets a day for hardware problems and software installs so senior technicians could focus on bigger issues.
Mentored 10 high school and college summer interns through SBAR projects, from idea to final presentation for upper management, and interviewed candidates for the program.

Tutored about 25 students a week in math, adjusting explanations to each student’s level.
Connected math concepts to real-world uses and higher-level STEM topics to keep students interested.

Set up and maintain the lodge’s computers, printer, and Wi-Fi network, and administer its WordPress site (txfreemasonry.org) with the web host.
Took over editing the lodge’s WordPress site in July 2026, after a year of sending changes to the previous developer.
Run the lodge’s Facebook page (2,400 followers) for events and outreach, including a free cybercrime awareness night.
As Senior Steward, plan events, buy supplies, cook for meals and events, and keep the lodge stocked and clean.
